The original motivation of this utility is to provide professors with the
ability to create tests that their students may use to evaluate themselves,
on their own time, on class material.

Tutorial Gateway - a filter for a CGI-compliant HTTP server that makes
it slightly easier to develop tutorial style questions and have them presented
